Appointment Guidelines
Cancellation Policy: We kindly request a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of all appointments, including complimentary touch-ups, without exceptions.
Booking Deposit: Certain services necessitate a $50 non-refundable booking deposit, which will be credited toward your service cost. This deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment.
Touch-Up Appointments: While essential for some treatments, touch-ups need to be scheduled separately and are integral to achieving the best results.
In-Studio Policy: To ensure a serene and safe environment for all, we cannot accommodate children or pets during appointments.
Contraindications: Please be aware that contraindications may emerge post-treatment, possibly affecting the feasibility of future services.
Procedure Eligibility: An appointment does not guarantee a procedure. Conditions not disclosed prior or identified upon arrival that contravene our safety standards (e.g., specific health conditions, under the influence of substances, unrealistic expectations, or desired shapes we do not offer) will result in cancellation and loss of your deposit. A new booking will require a new deposit.
Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final and no refunds can be provided once a service is completed. We encourage open communication during consultations to ensure your satisfaction. Should you have any concerns about your service, please contact us immediately so we can address them promptly.
Service Eligibility
To ascertain your candidacy for our cosmetic tattoo procedures, we require detailed information for safety and legal compliance:
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Disclosure of all medications, including vitamins, is necessary.
- Clients cannot be pregnant, nursing, or undergoing fertility treatments.
- A postpartum waiting period of 3-6 months after delivery or nursing is required.
- Individuals with certain medical conditions or devices (e.g., heart conditions, pacemakers) may not be eligible for some services.
Pre-Approval for Certain Conditions: For clients with prior permanent makeup tattoos or have a specific condition (e.g., scars, keloids, dermatological issues in the brow area), please submit a clear photo of your eyebrows for approval to contact@blossombty.com or via text to 703-963-0321.
Medication Advisory: Certain medications can affect bleeding and pigment retention. If you are on these medications, adjustments or pre-treatment measures may be necessary.
Skincare Product Pause: Retin-A/Retinol or Vitamin A supplements must be paused at least 30 days before any service. Accutane users must pause usage for at least 12 months prior.
Special Considerations: Clients experiencing menopause or with thyroid conditions may encounter challenges with pigment retention. We tailor our approach to accommodate these variables, ensuring the best possible outcome.
